The LPG trade is under continuous transformation since a decade due to many new initiatives, policies, compliances and change in management styles. Managing LPG distributorship efficiently has become challenging, where accounting, inventory, Taxation, and payroll etc eating away maximum time of distributors. It is evident that, the profitability of LPG distributorship is shrinking down since most of the markets are being saturated post Ujwala scheme, necessitating stricter financial and operational controls to sustain. We found that there is a dire need to develop a comprehensive solution for the LPG distributorship management for saving time and money with optimal control over the business. An active LPG Distributor understands better than anyone else about the requirements to optimise the control and operational efficiency of the LPG distributorship

Jagan Kalluri with a decade plus experience in LPG business, hands on with accounting, taxations, policies, and operational impediments of distributorship management. While working for the welfare of the distributors, conceived the idea of developing an Enterprise Business Solution in 2018. Our team of developers worked hard to build the solution by gathering requirements from many distributors from industry and I being personally tested with live data since over one year. All the efforts are being Putin to neutralise the challenges on industry basis for all three OMC distributors.

Pricing

Pricing of the product is proposed based on the number of possible transactions which directly impacts the bandwidth of the server and support requirements. The usage of the platform is segmented in three categories based on the total refill sales (Domestic and Commercial together) as Circle A (who sells less than 5000 refills a month), Circle B (who sells more than 5000 but less than 12000), Circle C (who sells more than 12000). All the prices are excluding GST and gateway charges if any.

  • Since it is cloud based EBS, there is no limitation of login instances can login for anywhere and any number of machines at a time. Every user shall be having one user ID for one LPG distributorship.

    b. All communication between you and IESL server is secured using SSL 128-bit encryption.

    e. The data servers are regularly backed-up using automated agent-based backup system. This system automatically creates daily and weekly backups.
    f. The server team takes daily and weekly backups backup of server at a different location.
        We take every possible precaution to ensure security of your data. However, for additional security, we recommend that you download your data at periodic intervals in Excel formats.
